CRM and lead management
Keep leads, customers, policies, conversations, ownership, notes, and next actions connected to the same operating record.
About Vantivue
Vantivue is an insurance CRM, lead intelligence, and agency operations platform built for independent insurance agencies. It connects leads, customers, policies, conversations, agent activity, reporting, automation, and AI assisted workflows in one operating view.
Vantivue is insurance software. It is not a payment processor, insurance carrier, or consumer insurance marketplace.
Who it is for
Vantivue is designed for agency leaders, producers, service teams, lead coordinators, operations staff, and other authorized users who need the same customer and agency context without rebuilding it across disconnected systems.
What Vantivue does
Keep leads, customers, policies, conversations, ownership, notes, and next actions connected to the same operating record.
Bring missing business and contact context into view while preserving source history and the original record.
Give agency leaders visibility into assignments, follow up, movement, exceptions, and performance signals.
Keep calls, conversations, follow up, assignments, and agency work attached to the relationship instead of scattered across separate tools.
Use AI to assist intake, summarize context, identify missing information, suggest next actions, and surface exceptions for human review.
Support role aware access, source and consent context, ownership history, and operational audit trails.
Why it was created
Kelly Valle · Founder, Vantivue
“I didn’t want another place for agents to enter information. I wanted a system that could actually understand how the agency moves.”
Vantivue started with a problem I kept seeing from different seats inside the agency. Good people were doing the work, but leads, follow ups, notes, vendors, reporting, and ownership could live in different places. Before the team could move forward, it often had to reconstruct the picture.
Working across lead coordination, agent training, growth, marketing, and internal systems made that fragmentation impossible to ignore. I wanted the technology to carry the context, make accountability visible, and help the agency act with more confidence. Vantivue grew from that idea.
Vantivue is built around role aware access, ownership history, source and consent context, auditability, and human review for consequential actions.
AI is used to reduce uncertainty and surface useful operational signals, while agency users remain responsible for decisions that require judgment or authority.
