Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vantivue collects, uses, stores, and shares information when people use the Vantivue platform, submit information through connected lead sources, or interact with services integrated with Vantivue.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how Vantivue is used, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and business contact details.
  • Insurance inquiry and lead information, such as requested product, property, vehicle, business, renewal, coverage, campaign, source, and follow-up details.
  • Account information, such as login email, role, permissions, assigned agency, and security-related records.
  • Operational records, such as assignments, notes, dispositions, call outcomes, follow-ups, activity history, and audit logs.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Information received through connected services, including Meta Lead Ads, Facebook Pages, advertising accounts, forms, webhooks, and other authorized business integrations.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Receive, organize, route, assign, and manage insurance leads.
  • Support quoting, outreach, follow-ups, renewals, customer service, and agency operations.
  • Display notes, dispositions, activity history, reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Connect authorized Meta Pages, ad accounts, forms, and lead delivery services.
  • Send operational alerts and notifications to authorized users.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and preserve audit history.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and platform obligations.
  • Improve Vantivue features, reliability, and user experience.

3. Meta and connected lead sources

When an authorized user connects Meta services to Vantivue, Vantivue may receive information from Facebook Pages, Lead Ads forms, campaigns, ad accounts, and related business assets. Vantivue uses this information to deliver leads into the authorized agency workflow, support assignment and follow-up, and maintain required operational records.

Vantivue does not use Meta lead information for unrelated advertising, and it does not sell Meta lead information. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers that support the operation of the platform.

4. How information is shared

Information may be shared with:

  • Authorized agency users, administrators, producers, and staff who need the information for insurance operations.
  • Technology providers that host, secure, monitor, or support Vantivue, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Connected services selected by an authorized user, such as Meta, communication platforms, scheduling tools, and data processors.
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • A successor or acquiring organization in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the platform, subject to applicable law.

5. Data retention

Vantivue retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain operational and audit history, satisfy legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on record type, agency requirements, connected services, and applicable law.

6. Security

Vantivue uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

7. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Authorized agency users may also update or dispose of records through Vantivue according to their permissions and operational obligations.

8. Children's privacy

Vantivue is intended for business and insurance operations and is not directed to children under 13. Vantivue does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the platform.

9. Changes to this policy

Vantivue may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Vantivue after an update is subject to the revised policy.
